To obtain an employment contract Green Card, one must go through a multi-step process and follow all directions as indicated in the original application. A great deal of an employment contract Green Card application must be filled out and filed by the employer. There may be some exceptions, but it is better to obtain the pertinent information necessary to proceed, in order to not make unnecessary mistakes that could end up being very expensive. The applicant will want to avoid as much delay to the process as possible, as well as putting at stake an approval or favorable responses. Others, who may be eligible to obtain an employment contract Green Card, would be skilled workers with at least two years experience in their field and professionals with a baccalaureate degree. If the country is experiencing a shortage of skilled workers in a certain field, the two years experience, could be waived and entry may be granted to that skilled worker. Others that may be eligible to obtain an employment contract Green Card would be those who, for at least two years prior to applying, have been practicing a religious occupation or vocation. Prior membership to a religious denomination of a non-profit organization based in the United States is also required for these applicants. Finally, the request must be made by the religious organization that needs this particular worker, with the intention of having them work for them after entry in the United States. Anyone who wants to obtain an employment contract Green Card, could become an immigrant through an investment, which under immigration laws, falls into these categories, but with a whole different set of different rules. These are for the purpose of engaging in a new commercial enterprise. In the United States and it is classified as a (EB-5 Employment Creation.)
